Chromatic Reset with Wen (30 minutes)

Using calming breathing techniques and mindful, accessible postures, the focus of our Chromatic: RESET class is about reaching a state of moving meditation. This isn't about building strength or flexibility, just taking soe time out for yourself to slow your roll whilst being immersed in the colours of sunrise and sunset as a way to tune into our natural circadian rhythms.
