CITY(E)SCAPE
Sunday April 19th — 10am-12pm — Aethos, Shoreditch
City(e)scape uses running as a way to explore and connect with a city. For our London edition in partnership with Aethos, the route moves through hidden streets, historic landmarks and distinctive architecture, creating moments to slow the pace, notice detail and experience familiar surroundings from a different perspective.
After the run, we gather in the Aethos members’ space for a light brunch and refreshments — time to reconnect, reflect on the route and continue the conversation off the pavement.
Designed to encourage curiosity and awareness, City(e)scape invites runners to be present with their environment, their thoughts and the people moving alongside them.
Open to all levels of running.
