A dynamic Vinyasa flow that links breath with movement to wake up the body and boost energy. Blue light plays a key role in regulating our sleep cycles, but only when it sits within a specific frequency range that signals the brain to switch into alertness mode. Used correctly, it can support focus, productivity and overall mood by gently suppressing melatonin, the hormone that helps us feel sleepy.
This class is designed to be taken in the morning to help you ease into the day with clarity and energy. It is an ideal practice if you struggle to wake up fully, often feel groggy in the early hours or simply want a brighter, more uplifting start to your morning.

Our Red class is a strong, energising practice that pairs the stimulating qualities of red light with the uplifting pace of Power or Rocket yoga. Red light has been shown to support circulation, increase alertness and gently activate the sympathetic nervous system, which can help the body feel more awake, motivated and ready to move.
The dynamic sequencing of the practice builds heat, strength and momentum, encouraging you to challenge your muscles, fire up your core and tap into your own sense of power. Breath and movement work together to create a steady internal rhythm that keeps you grounded even as the energy rises.
The class closes with grounding stretches to release heat and tension, leaving you feeling strong, centred and clear for the rest of the day.

Chromatic Dynamic is a grounding, energising practice designed to support both body and mind during the winter season. Inspired by Ayurvedic principles, the class focuses on balancing Vata energy, which can make us feel scattered, restless and unfocused at this time of year.
The practice uses fluid, circular movement that encourages you to explore the mat from all angles. This approach strengthens stability, improves focus and helps redirect excess energy into something more steady and intentional. Movement and breath work together to build warmth and clarity, creating a practice that feels both dynamic and centring.
Throughout the class you will be surrounded by the warm tones of sunrise and sunset. These colours are chosen to support circadian rhythms, evoke a sense of calm and help counter the heaviness of winter. The session ends with grounding stretches and a moment of stillness so you can integrate the work and leave feeling clear, anchored and more connected to yourself.

4pm-6pm with Elnaz Niknani
Create your own tarot cards using collage and receive a personal reading in this playful and reflective workshop led by artist Elnaz Niknani.
Elnaz invites participants into a quiet, intuitive space away from mental noise and toward deeper self-recognition.Using colour, paper, and creative play, collage becomes a meditative process of uncovering what’s been waiting to emerge.
The session closes with a symbolic reading and an intuitive reflection that reveals emotional patterns, quiet longings, and hidden blockages.
Participants leave not just with a collage, but with a clearer vision of what needs their attention, what’s truly present beneath the surface. It’s a gentle way of seeing yourself more fully, and using art as a mirror to understand where you are, what you’re feeling, and what you’re seeking.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a personal visual map of where you are and where you’re heading, created through intuition, reflection, and genuine self-connection.
The experience is grounding, creative, and supportive of real inner clarity. All materials are provided.
What you'll get
A handmade work of art as a symbol of personal insight.
An audio recording of your tarot reading to revisit later or, for an extra cost, you can receive an in-depth, face to face reading with Elnaz.

Our Yellow class is a bright, energising flow designed to lift your mood and wake up the body from the inside out. Yellow light sets the tone for the session and is often used in colour therapy to evoke warmth, optimism and mental clarity. It mirrors the soft golden light of sunrise, which naturally signals the body to switch into daytime mode and gently supports a more positive, uplifted mood. This can be especially helpful during the winter months when daylight is scarce and energy levels tend to dip.
Combined with a dynamic Vinyasa sequence, the colour creates a sense of brightness that helps ease sluggishness and bring more light into your morning. The practice uses twisting postures and gentle heat-building movement to stimulate digestion and support a healthy gut-brain connection. Breath is linked with movement to build a steady rhythm that leaves you feeling clear, balanced and uplifted. It is an ideal class if your mornings feel heavy, if you often experience an afternoon slump or if you want a practice that energises without overwhelming.

Super Pink is a restorative class like no other. Hosted by yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner Roberto Rubalcava and acupuncturist Naoko Taoka, this two-hour session is designed to guide you into a state of deep, luxurious rest.
The experience combines restorative yoga, acupuncture and reiki, working with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to support energetic balance during the winter months. Roberto will lead you through a series of supported, restful postures while Naoko places fine acupuncture needles at specific points to release tension, soothe the nervous system and encourage energetic flow. To complete the practice, each participant receives a short, personalised reiki healing to settle the mind and soften the body even further.
Super Pink is spacious, slow and deeply nurturing — a rare opportunity to switch off completely and experience stillness on every level.

Ganzsound is a self-guided, 30 minute meditation experience that merges slow-shifting colour gradients with a bespoke soundscape to help you drop into a deeply relaxed, dream-adjacent state. The visual element is inspired by the Ganzfeld effect, a perceptual phenomenon also explored in the work of James Turrell, where a field of uniform colour removes all visual contrast. When the eyes have nothing to focus on, the brain begins to amplify its own “neural noise” which is the faint internal activity created by the visual system when it has no external information to process. This often turns into soft, drifting imagery behind closed eyelids, creating a sensation reminiscent of lucid dreaming or synesthesia.
Alongside this, you’ll listen to a layered soundscape built with binaural beats tuned to the same frequency range the brain emits during REM sleep. The combination of colour saturation and sound encourages the mind to drift into a quiet, expansive space where thought softens and the body can fully unwind.
