Our signature Pink Yin class uses long, passive holds that work deep into the connective tissues, helping to improve flexibility, hydrate the fascia and bring the nervous system into a state of calm. Supported by props and steady breathwork, each posture invites stillness, softness and introspection. The session is paired with myofascial release and acupressure techniques to amplify relaxation and encourage energetic balance. Expect a soothing, cocoon-like experience that leaves you feeling open, rested and emotionally centred.
