Create your own tarot cards using collage and receive a personal reading in this playful and reflective workshop led by artist Elnaz Niknani.
Elnaz invites participants into a quiet, intuitive space away from mental noise and toward deeper self-recognition.Using colour, paper, and creative play, collage becomes a meditative process of uncovering what’s been waiting to emerge.
The session closes with a symbolic reading and an intuitive reflection that reveals emotional patterns, quiet longings, and hidden blockages.
Participants leave not just with a collage, but with a clearer vision of what needs their attention, what’s truly present beneath the surface. It’s a gentle way of seeing yourself more fully, and using art as a mirror to understand where you are, what you’re feeling, and what you’re seeking.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a personal visual map of where you are and where you’re heading, created through intuition, reflection, and genuine self-connection.

Chromatic Dynamic is a grounding, energising practice designed to support both body and mind during the winter season. Inspired by Ayurvedic principles, the class focuses on balancing Vata energy, which can make us feel scattered, restless and unfocused at this time of year.
The practice uses fluid, circular movement that encourages you to explore the mat from all angles. This approach strengthens stability, improves focus and helps redirect excess energy into something more steady and intentional. Movement and breath work together to build warmth and clarity, creating a practice that feels both dynamic and centring.
Throughout the class you will be surrounded by the warm tones of sunrise and sunset. These colours are chosen to support circadian rhythms, evoke a sense of calm and help counter the heaviness of winter. The session ends with grounding stretches and a moment of stillness so you can integrate the work and leave feeling clear, anchored and more connected to yourself.

Our Red class is a strong, energising practice that pairs the stimulating qualities of red light with the uplifting pace of Power or Rocket yoga. Red light has been shown to support circulation, increase alertness and gently activate the sympathetic nervous system, which can help the body feel more awake, motivated and ready to move.
The dynamic sequencing of the practice builds heat, strength and momentum, encouraging you to challenge your muscles, fire up your core and tap into your own sense of power. Breath and movement work together to create a steady internal rhythm that keeps you grounded even as the energy rises.
The class closes with grounding stretches to release heat and tension, leaving you feeling strong, centred and clear for the rest of the day.

A dynamic Vinyasa flow that links breath with movement to wake up the body and boost energy. Blue light plays a key role in regulating our sleep cycles, but only when it sits within a specific frequency range that signals the brain to switch into alertness mode. Used correctly, it can support focus, productivity and overall mood by gently suppressing melatonin, the hormone that helps us feel sleepy.
This class is designed to be taken in the morning to help you ease into the day with clarity and energy. It is an ideal practice if you struggle to wake up fully, often feel groggy in the early hours or simply want a brighter, more uplifting start to your morning.
